Getting a Smaller Frame

Looking to downsize my frame (hand-me-down) because the top tube is just too long (tried using a shorter stem).
It's a dolan, mythos i think, probably about 6 years old. Thinking of buying a chinese frame, but I just wondered how much people think I would get for the frame. I need to sell it before I buy the new one so don't want to have to wait too long without a frame whilst saving up.
