been there myself very recently. You can estimate a 54 or a 56 for your height but many frames are different sizing and geometries, as well as the audax, traditional or sportive styles, its much better to find a shop with the bike you want and try it for yourself.

Eddy sizing is different from alot. Ring Winstanleys tomorrow and seek advice on the sizing.0

Similar measurements to me and I recently bought a 54
Best go into yout LBS and try a few out though
Just to clarify.......it was not an Eddy though0 -
Cheers fellas, good advice sprool for the measuring guide, looks like i will need a 54 to get the right top tube length from the geometry on the merckx website, now torn between a ribble or the merckx obviously trying them would be ideal but may just go for it once i decide which onework hard, play hard, fall hard

Still unsure what to pick and i know its a personal thing, but which would you go for, just built this on the ribble website
Ribble 7005 Sportive Frame 52cm, with a tiagra groupset and a few other personal options, or Eddy Merckx AMX-1 Tiagra 2012 Bike i will probably have to wait for the ribble but can get the AMX-1 next day, not in any rush though, obviously geometry will be slightly different but to a road novice probably wont make much differencework hard, play hard, fall hard
