whats the biggest rear sram cassette a can use with an ultegra 6600 rear derailliuer and a triple shimano front mech

    Officially 27 but you should have no trouble with 28. Applies to both SS and GS mechs.

    Not with a SS, it hasn't got the capacity to deal with a front triple.

    He only mentioned a front mech not a triple chainset. If he has a triple then you are quite right. Still a 27 (28) for the GS version though.
