I have M647 pedals http:http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=4516 on both of my bikes.

On one of them, I think the metal spd part you clip in to is wearing as I've come unclipped fairly easily on one of the pedals sometimes (I recently changed the cleats in my shoes so I know it's not them).

Does anyone know if you can replace the parts that your shoes clip into? Is it easy to do?

I assume you've cranked the tension up?

Forgot to mention that - yes I have cranked it as much as possible.
