Probs with Sram PG980 Cassette ?

Recently fiited a new 11-34 PG980 Cassette, PG991 chain and SLX 22 / 36 (double set up) chain rings.
Gears index fine and feel spot on on the work stand, but while riding under a slight load in the 4th and 5th smallest sprocket (15T and 17T) you can feel abit of a click through the cranks, as if the chains picking up on the cassette.
Looking down at the cassette / rear mech you can't see anything picking up / catching.
It still rides ok and you can put some power through it without any probs, but you can always feel it 'click' through the cranks.
With it only doing it in those sprockets, i'm gonna rule out any probs with the chain or rings, nothing looks out of place on those sprockets on the casstette ... but somethings not right !
Anyone else had any probs with a PG980 cassette ?

Yes ! you can't fit them incorrectly due to the splines on the freehub body / cassette !0
