First port of call is the shop you got it from. The website of the last UK distributor I am aware of is dead as a dodo so I'd go straight here if the shop is no help - E-mail: Support@brytonsport.com
Also go here: http://www.brytonsport.com/notices/rnwLuv2ride wrote:hope it's not serious - I just ordered a Bryton Rider 50 last night!

All, Cheers for the reply, Zyro apparently only cover Software support, the shops is 40 miles away, My T50 yes sorry mate is being showing numerous faults freezing, not holding settings cadence doesn't work from time time to time, I could go on since day one. Not sure if the software on this hardware has been tested thoroughly diagnostic test has passed, so want a replacement. Have had it just 3 months , well hacked off ATM.0

Are you sure? My Rider 50 went back to Bryton through CycleSurgery and was replaced with a brand new unit really quickly. This was after Bryton in Taiwan accessed my computer remotely to try and fix the problem without it being returned, but it was deemed a hardware issue. I was very impressed with the customer service.0 -
Beatmaker , Ive had the Remote access done and also a Diagnostic test on the Hardware (I ran it twice) and twice it passed. So I have an LBS that is a Bryton Supplier, otherwise it's an 80 mile round trip to London to return it then the fun begins , as it was purchased via a sertain retailers Gift Card who then didn't want the Card used in there shop, so easy return would be to Bryton , and a replacement.
Many Thanks
