Just wondering if you all could help me.

Just wondering if this is a good priced bike for £400?
I have looked around and it seems very similar to that of £600 specialized and bigger brand bikes.
But coming from mountain biking im not a 100% sure of wether this is a brilliant deal or not, so any help would be appreciated.
