How worn are my cleats?

    Pretty sure you’re ok. Manufacturer recommendation is that once the yellow bits are gone they are cactus

    I have had my cleats for around 4 months and they look similarly worn.
    I have also wondered if they should be replaced. They dOnt always click in as easy as they did
    When new but the way I see it as long as they DO clip in they shouldnt need replacing.

    Mine have about the same amount of wear and still work perfectly well. As long as they still work ok i wouldn't worry about it.

    They're totally fine. Like already said if they still have yellow corners at the rear they are usually fine.

    As an experiment a couple of months ago (when I didn't have any money) I ran mine right down - further than ever before so there was no yellow and they became hard to get in and would sometimes pop out. It took quite a while to get to that stage though - way past when I would normally replace them.
    I'm left handed, if that matters.

    Yours are fine, mine have lost most of the yellow bits but still work until i get round to ordering a new set
