New bike/frame/1st build attempt

Anyone got any opinions on these frames....

...can't find much on the net.
For the past 10ish years i have been riding a specialized allez elite which is a 56cm frame- probably at least one size to big. I got it cheap in the first place and have spent minimum on it over the years. I've now begun doing a few triathlons/duathlons and decided to get the bike 'looked at'. Outcome-£250 worth of work, so decided to do it myself and have tweeked the fit as best I can with a shorter stem, total spend £120.
I've decided to keep this old bike for the winter and general bombing about and buy a new one for racing and summer rides. Budget is probably £600 and there appears to be some good heavily discounted 2011 bikes on sale at the moment but my recent attempt at bike mechanics has made me consider building something from the start.I'd appreciate any advice from others- build or buy and tweek?

trhink with the sales on you will actually get a better deal on a complete bike. Have a look at Ribble for frames, and fudges cycles for groupsets if you decide to build though.0
