I have has a rear wheel built with an unknown vintage campag hub. The 10 speed cassette fits so its definately Campag however I cannot get my lockring to fit. Is there an older type lockring with a different thread and if so where might I buy one?

Thanks

Jim

Well if a camag 10 speed cassette fits it can't be that old. Camapg lockrings have changed from 26mm diameter to 27x 1mm thread in 2000. There are also lockrings for 11T, 12T/13t cassettes. I might be able to get the right lock rinf for you but I will need to know what year you hub is. It might be the 26mm lockring. I am doing an order next week with a distributor who stocks alot of this older campag stuff. They might have one, I will check on Tuesday.

I am in Glasgow and it looks like I need a 26x1 lockring suitable for a 12 tooth cassette. Thanks for the replies.
