Nyvelocity, Race Radio, Diggerforum, Chade Ogray, Mike Anderson, and how many other prominent online activists would you say form the sue Lance to bankruptcy or even get Lance in jail campaigns that still rage online, on twitter and elsewhere?

Chade O'Gray is Landis' fictional lawyer, Mike Anderson has himself been in court with Lance...

I remember Mike Anderson's case. I noticed at @vaughters completely rejects chade o gray now as Landis informed JV chade o gray is not operated by Landis. Just trying to add up how many people are there, aposting comment and googling Lance Armstrong news every hour :D . I am guessing they aren't run off their feet at work or got done in by LA at some point.

    I'd add UCI_Overlord, Festina Girl, fmk_rol

    Nyvelocity, @Race Radio, @Diggerforum,@Chade Ogray, Mike Anderson. @UCI_Overlord, @Festina Girl, @fmk_rol
and who else from in the clinic aside? Would like to meet them all.

Incredible arrogance from this 'hero'. Not only did he cheat his way through 7 TdeF wins, he even cheated when coming back in 2009. Not that that done him much good. Now of course he doesn't care, all the money he has made for him and his family. He's had his lot, and he doesn't give a flying fu$k about anything anymore.

The arrogance and lack of remorse of the man, to many a true hero and athlete for so many years, is breathtaking ...

Interesting they call it one sided even though they had the chance to participate and then refused.

I'm guessing this will come out Friday

Yay for that... Watching my inbox expectantly...

Looks like LA lawyers are getting a little grumpy again so I guess something is afoot. They do sound rather like a stuck record ...

Summary (which we'll see) will be out today.

    It's about 200 pages.

The thing the UCI will get is several thousand pages

  • The cycling media - especially the Yanks - are so excited about the report landing that CN are even considering not recycling some other outlet's report as per usual and actually putting their own reporter on to it. Amazing

Can I preempt the excited folk with access to all the latest LA revelations as they break (coupled to the skill of being able to type speedily with more than 2 fore fingers and a fore head), and be the first to offer my reaction now...

'I knew all along he was a thoroughly nice chap and it was all a vindictive witch-hunt of an innocent cancer hero/athlete/father/husband/boyfriend/ex-husband and husband...'

It's a long-shot, but I just wanted to contribute something.
    Thanks.

I hope if LA complains about any of it then he's told 'well, you had the choice of going to arbitration but you turned it down, so you can moan all you like' ...if he tries to fight it then he's not sticking to the process ironically.

As for 'the whole file not a reasoning document' as said by his lawyers, this I was saying a few pages back will happen BUT, seeing as its said its 200 pages and the UCI will get even more then there shouldn't be too much grounds to kick up a stink about the 'whole file'

This might explain the comments from LA and his team about the whole file. As the public will only get 200 pages they will claim it isn't the whole file.

If the report comes out today \ this week then I also expect to see bans for the other riders that testified they used substances, or at least some action taken against them

    It begins. Tygart Statement:

    http://www.usada.org/cyclinginvestigationstatement.html

"These eleven (11) teammates of Lance Armstrong, in alphabetical order, are Frankie Andreu, Michael Barry, Tom Danielson, Tyler Hamilton, George Hincapie, Floyd Landis, Levi Leipheimer, Stephen Swart, Christian Vande Velde, Jonathan Vaughters and David Zabriskie.

The riders who participated in the USPS Team doping conspiracy and truthfully assisted have been courageous in making the choice to stop perpetuating the sporting fraud, and they have suffered greatly. In addition to the public revelations, the active riders have been suspended and disqualified appropriately in line with the rules."

Think all 11 were expected. Can't think of anyone who was expected to be but who isn't on the list.

    edit: Oh yes, Kevin Livingston.

I'm not sure Michael Barry was expected as he's not American.

Yeah, I think he was more on the list of possibles rather than probables.

He and Hincapie should carry a lot of weight to those who still aren't convinced.
