Hi All,
I know it was discussed a little while ago, but searching I'll be damned if I can find it? :?
I experienced two tub punctures this weekend, the first in thousands of miles, problem is I want to carry two small fold up tubs as spares, so my normal Conti Sprinter Gartorskins don't fold up small enough, I know from the mysterious missing thread that some of you carry some really tiny collapsible tubs, can anyone recommend any that won't break the bank but good enough to use for the rest of the ride without worry of grip or puncturing.
Many Thanks.

Schwalbe Milanos. Probably not as small as the Tufo mentioned above, but cheap and small enough! Rolled up as per:

Schwalbe Milano here too. £25 bargain0

Thanks for the replies, the Milanos don't have very good reviews and seem very susceptible to punctures, one bloke claiming he had 14 punctures! I need something that will get me home.
The Tufo Elite seem very good, but the claims are that these are for Clincher rims!!! Will they still work with Tubs?0 -
you need tufo tubulars, the ones you are looking at are their "tubular clinchers" which are tubs designed to fit on a clincher rim, some of the model names are the same for both, so you need to make sure you get the correct ones
i've got one of the "elite jet < 160g" as a spare, glue it, allow to dry, squish out all the air and then you can roll it up (basetape to basetape) pretty small, they have even lighter ones designed for track, but the 160 is already quite minimal so for a get-you-home spare seems a good compromisemy bike - faster than god's and twice as shiny0 -
Thanks Sungod, where's the best place to get them from cheap?
Edit: Turns out Planet X were the cheapest at £49.99, expensive and more than my Sprinter Gatorskin Tubs, but small enough to fold up and keep in your back pocket.0
