Hey folks, just wondering what you guys would advise product wise to keep my suspension fork in good working order, at the moment after washing the bike I spray some muc off silicon shine, it is a wee bit on the pricy side, although it works well I'm just wondering if there is any alternatives that may do the same or better job but carries less of a price tag.
Cheers

A tiny dab of Fox Float Fluid around the bottom of the stanchions and pump the forks a few times.I don't do smileys.

Any silicone lube spray should do it. Your local cheapo DIY place will sell stuff designed to ease plastic piping together for about £2.A Flock of Birds

My LBS uses Mr Sheen - buys it in bulk from Costco.0

I would be a bit wary of spraying random stuff on forks - some propellants and additives can damage seals etc.I don't do smileys.

Cheers for the responses, just one question, I've heard from a few other people I ride with that GT85 is meant to be quite decent but on the other hand I've heard it can do damage to the seals and things, any truth in this or is it ok to use ?0
