Giant Defy 1 2012 wheel upgrade.

I am thinking of upgradeing the stock wheels on the bike and have been looking at either some Shimano Rs 30s or Fulcrum Racing 5s or there are some Quest Keswick wheels at a lighter 1450 grms which are lighter but about £100 dearer than the other 2 sets which are a round 1800 grms and around £150. Can any one give me and ideas about these wheels or are there any other to look at between £150/250.

    Well if you can stretch a little you can get the Shimano RS80 wheels for £299.
    I have a Defy 1 (2009 though) with those wheels and they're brill.
