replacement wheelset cassette advice

hi all,

i'm almost definately going to buy a Dolan Ares SL, i hve been to see the bike in the flesh and its one sexy looking bit of kit ad the guys at Dolan will do a good fit for me.

I want to upgrade from the standard wheelset. i've spotted a set of shimanos i like the look of

think they'd look fantastic in white on the Dolan.
question is what cassette do i need to order to fit in with the bike spec ive shown? i am going to keep the stock wheels as a spare winter/turbo set ithink..

    Seeing as the new bike is specced with a Shimano Sora HG50 11-25 cassette, why not go for the same?
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

    why not use the original cassette and then if you need a different cassette you can order to suit and put the old cassette on the winter wheels.
