So my shimano caliper is leaking fluid onto the pads i though i sorted it earlier but it keeps leeking.
no i have to torch my pads again but I think it will leek again
However the bike hasn't been in use for the past two weeks and has little to no use on them, is it something that will work it self out? I hope i dont have to replace the seals or something

What model (deore/slx....) is it?
Leaks on recent ones it seems pretty common to me. It wont ever get better - probably worse.
There is a 2 year warranty so hopefully that works for you. Otherwise its a new caliper time. The seals arent avilable separately and arent just Orings. The calipers are pretty interchangeabe between models and all will require a bleed if you're diy. The replacement calipers come with new pads which makes the cost more bearable.

If it is leaking then it won't cure itself, it will continue to leak.0

Best bet is to just replace it and in the long run cheaper.0

Another reason to just buy Avid. Crap these shimano, never see anything but people complaining about them.0
