Loose Crank Washer scratches frame

Puting the bike away after a ride yesterday I noticed the washer from the crank had slipped out and bent and took all the paint away in a nice circle on the frame. The local LBS was shut today so im going tomorrow but do all I need is a new washer ? Im going to have to paint over the damage but im still gutted as its like new still.
Its a Kuota Kebel
