Old bike damaged BB threads

On extracting the old BB cups from a Raleigh medale i have dented/pushed 2 of the threads together.
Apparently it can be fixed by tapping out the thread again to force the threads apart
I was wondering if any one had a set of BB cutters like these : - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/230800707065? ... _778wt_906
Or someone in the Sheffield ? Rotherham area that could do it for me or that I could borrow???
