Trouble shifting front derallieur
I have a Specialized Allez road bike, I have just changed the handlebars. While I was there I replaced the brake and gear cables as the old were slightly worn. So I had a general clean and tidy up of everything.
So to my actual problem, I am having problems when shifting the front derallieur. No matter how many times I turn the limit screws either way I just can't get the derallieur to change to the bigger cogs. I'm reasonably good at my bike maintenance, but this problem is doing my head in. Please help?????

Cable tension!
Limit screws do not make the mech move across they simply ensure sufficient clearance between the face plate of the mech in relation to the chain.Yellow is the new Black.0
