Rock Shox forks: coil spring colors?

Hi,

I need a softer spring in my 2000 RS Psylo XC, but I don't know which color I should get.

Anyone know the (rider) weights corresponding to the colors?

I believe it is a black one, but it's looking dirty/ greasy and has a red foam piece in its center.

I've got the original spring in mine, which is yellow (for lighter riders), I've been looking for a black spring...want to ttrade?
