Hi,
I'm new to bike riding and wanted to know that if i install a new Shimano 105 crankset/BB on my bike, would you need a new chain? Currently the bike has an Shimano 105 derailleurs, shifters and cassette. The bike also has an FSA chain but i was wondering if this needs replacing when i replace the crank.
Cheers!

Unless the chain and cassette is very worn, then no. FWIW running a worn chain on new parts accelerates wear.Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..0
