adjusting saddle angle

On my isp frame from china the seatpost clamp that came with it is very hard to rotate to adjust saddle angle...is there a trick do turing this bit or is brute force the answer.....i feel like im turing it with such force that something is going to break........

    If the problem is the saddle cradle staying put, try some carbon assembly / friction paste first. If that doesn't work, try applying some Loctite 641 to the surfaces - this is a semi-permanent engineering adhesive designed to hold bearings in place.
    If the fear is simply over-tightening the screws, invest in a torque wrench or something like a Ritchey Torqkey
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
