forks knackered

I overshot a jump yesterday at gisburn forest and my forks made an allmighty bang. Now i can bottom them out and make the same banging noise by bouncing on my front wheel on flat ground.

They are only stock suntours which were due to be repalced later this year (when i get the dosh) however just wondering how i can fix them in the short term or is that it now?

    err probably not, open them up and see what is broken inside, they are broke already....

    Open them up and take a look. That's really the best advice anyone can give considering the limited info supplied about the fork.
