I have a Wilier Mortirolo Mirage 2008 Model. There are two rivets holding the barrel adjust holder to the frame, one of the rivets has failed, see picture.

The frame is out of warranty and the bike shop where it was purchased said Wilier would not offer a discounted new frame.

Is this repairable ?

No the cable is not under excessive strain, bike never crashed or knocked.

Yes its repairable, very easy if its a ali frame, still easy if its carbon. Simply needs the old rivets drilling out, removing from the tube, holes re-sizing if needed and re riveting on. If the frame is mangled around the holes then a Keen insets can be used and the bracket then bolted on.
