Noob advice on ez fire shifters please

Hi, newbie still
I'm after a little advice or link to a how to please .
I've just brought a 2nd bike tis great but the chain jumps a bit on the rear derailleur so would like to set it up myself so I can do it again in the future.. It's got ez fire shifters and shimano rear derailleur
Any advice welcome, cheers

Hi and welcome.
Spend some time here: http://www.parktool.com/blog/repair-help
Pretty much how to do anything, and ask when you're stuck.
It's all pretty easy, and you can't generally do any damage, so just have a go.I don't do smileys.
