Headset advice

I was just wondering if some one knew how to remove the bearings from my headset. I have attached a picture below. Any help would be appreciated. The steering is quite stiff and creaks at present.

    Looks like a internal/zero stack headset and a cheap one at that.

    Just replace it.

    Or if you really want to see that C clip? That holds it all together.

    The OP knows he has to replace it, the question was how. Something I would like to know myself as my HS is fubbarded.

    look at the info on parktools then.

    reading the OPs post he want to change the bearings. I would not bother I would change the whole headset.

    to remove the headset hit it with the correct tool and a hammer as covered on Parktools.
