Headset advice
I was just wondering if some one knew how to remove the bearings from my headset. I have attached a picture below. Any help would be appreciated. The steering is quite stiff and creaks at present.

Looks like a internal/zero stack headset and a cheap one at that.
Just replace it.
Or if you really want to see that C clip? That holds it all together."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

reading the OPs post he want to change the bearings. I would not bother I would change the whole headset.
to remove the headset hit it with the correct tool and a hammer as covered on Parktools."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
