Avid Elixir 3 replacement pads

Can anyone reccommend a decent pair of replacement brake pads for the Avid Elixir 3 brakes, my rear pads have worn thin. I am not so sure whats best and difference between sintered or organic

    Do a search, there should be about a gazlarillion pages.

    My preference is now Kevlar.
