The cheapest is buying a spoke key, otherwise contact your lbs

i'm pretty sure Campag specify loctite on the nipple/spoke - Fulcrum do on their Zeros which is a very similar wheel.

NDS spokes do come loose over time in modern wheels which are highly dished, especially in Campag freehub which is more dished than Shimano, especially on light rims that cannot take high load. Shamals tick all these boxes.

It is possible to get good tensions on the NDS to avoid it with some hubs, like Shimano, but modern super light hubs have a different flange design, which results in low tensions on the NDS. The way out is an overengineered rim, which nobody wants, because it's heavy.

However, that happen over time... if you do LeJog, it might be that after you need to wind them up a little. if they come loose after one ride, it's because they were not tensioned in the first place. Using loctite on a spoke which is loose is looking for trouble, as it will break very quickly
