budget MTB youth shoes

Hi

trying to source a pair of shoes for my daughter size 5 spds, don't want to pay a lot as shes only 12 and growing like a beanpole!

any suggestions?

    How about these - £18. No experience myself but know a few people who bought the adult shoes as starters when switching to spd. They were all happy enough with them although they reckoned they wouldn't last forever - sounds like that's not an issue for you anyway.

    Added bonus that you can pop over to Springhill (I'm from Bangor) and try them out if they have them. Might be a better option for correct sizing than ordering a different shoe online.

    cheers spotted these, would go for them but would like to try them on first springhill doesn't stock them, typical!
