I'm in the process of converting from 24 speed to 27speed.I have 9 speed deore cassette and wondering if anyone has had any experience with "microshifters"? I would like Shimano SLX or XT but they seem to be pricey.

They work well, but find the ergonomics of the levers not as good as Shimano or Sram.
