Need Advice on Buying a New Bike

I am upgrading from a 17 yr old Raliegh Pro-Race Road Bike.
I can't decide whether to wait until the end of August to buy a Specialized Allez or Secteur and miss out on riding a new bike for the rest of the summer. Or buy one of the following bikes.
Been offered a Trek 1.2 2012 spec for a very good deal, or a Ridley EOS 1008a for £670.
Both seem good bikes, though I can't find any reviews on the Ridley.
Has anyone any advice please.

But I really wanted to buy from a local shop, and not mail order.
I noticed they have some good prices though.
Might be able to get a better deal locally if show them the website.
