tacx antares rollers?

i have had a set of tacx rollers for around 6months. one of the rollers has started to rattle and make a noise when riding on one side of it.it sounds like something is rattling or loose. had the roller off and given it a shake tap etc to see if anything is loose but found nothing. all bolts tightened but still the noise
any help or advice would be great as it is doing my head in!
