Chain sticking on rear mech

Hi all.
I have full 105 on my cube that has done less than 100 miles so far (stupid weather!!!) and ever since i removed the rear wheel to fit my cadence monitor the chain has been sticking on my rear mech. Please see the video i uploaded as its easier to show the problem than to explain it.
Does anyone have a clue what's going on? There's no wear on the chain/cassette/jockey wheels and ive checked the places its sticking and there are no stiff links. Its almost as if the chain is out of sync with the teeth on the jockey wheels as every so often it seems like the chain is a fraction too short and doesn't release correctly.
Thanks (vid plays best in HD)

the wheel is not seated correctly or you need to seat it again. bike on floor. weight on seat undo and redo the Qr.
if that does not sort it check your indexing."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
