Thanks Nick. Have you used that particular adaptor? I have also seen the FSA sleeve which sits inside the bb shell and allows normal 68mm english thread external bb's to be installed... was wondering which is best. Do you need any specific tools to install the KCNC one?0

the problem with the sleeves is they are a non reversible fit in carbon frames and a pain in ally frames. the KCNC one is easy fit and easy to replace if you end up going to BB 30.
and nope would never get a frame with BB30

I thought as much about the sleeves. The frame already has bearings fitted so I think this thing will do the trick http://www.totalcycling.com/a-z/bottom_brackets/bottom_brackets_road/WMBB30SHIM.html - seems to get good reviews too.0
