Skinnier tyre on back - does it make bike slacker

My bike has 2.4's front and back. If I put a 2.1 on the back will the bike be a touch slacker, or does the squishiness of the tire make the size difference irrelevant for geometry?

the difference will be very small. as you tend to run as thinner tyre with a higher pressure that a fat tyre.

If you can tell the difference in head angle then you should be at the Olympics.....
