Lost a couple of bits from my topeak alien II. contacted topeak's uk distributor - Extra of Wellingborough - asking for a quote for replacements - sent them for free received the very next day!

I use Topeak pumps because all the shops have a box of spare rubbers and parts. Very handy when they perish.
I used to just ride my bike to work but now I find myself going out looking for bigger and bigger hills.

Interesting. There is a small plastic part for my saddle bag that has broken after many years of use and I have been unable to find a replacement for it. I've even got the part number.

    Did you phone or email?
