Freehub, daft question

I have a ritchey ds pro rear wheel (from boardman team carbon) that im going to service and use on the turbo.

The freehub us really noisy, sticky and makes a grinding noise. Im waiting for a 12mm allen wrench to get delivered so I can take it off and give it a good clean and re-lube etc.

If this doesnt work and I need to replace it, can I use any freehub or does it need to be same make/model? (problem is I dont know what make/model the hubs are, might be formula)

same make model. but you might find that that one is fully serviceable.
