Bit of a newb question here. I have had some wheels lying around for ages for my road bike which have no tyres.I was about to buy some Vittoria Rubino's which are 700x23c for them & noticed on the edge of the rim 622x15c. The wheels are Fulcrum Racing 5 evolution. Will 700x23 tyres fit? I'm sure plenty of people will know the answer, I just want to make sure I only buy once & safely too

Definitely x15? Your 23s will be fine. 622 is the ERTRO denomination if you're ever losing sleep start investigating tyre sizing
