Braze on tabs

Im in the process of building a pompino road bike.

I'm fitting a 3 speed hub to the rear but have no tabs for cable routing.

I've scoured the net for anyone who stocks braze on tabs that can be pop riveted to the frame but can't seem to find any.

Any ideas or suggestions please!
