Which chain set ?

I have a Shimano Tiagra 10 speed compact group set that came with my Specialized Roubaix 2012 and I am finding that as my riding has improved I don't use the lower gears much. I am therefore thinking of upgrading the chain set and saw that Ribble have some 105's on offer but I am totally confused which is which.
The one saw was http://www.ribblecycles.co.uk/sp/road-t ... HIMCHAR235
What does the 5600/5650 mean ? They only have one left in stock. I understand that the 39/53 is the number of teeth on each ring, but what does the 170 mean ?
Help, help please !
