Unless you're buying a hugh quality one from the likes of Topeak or Lezyne, forget it - most mini-pumps are useless bike ornaments
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

Have to agree with Monty Dog. I ended up buying a CO2 pump from genuine innovations, means I need to cry at the price of a canister with every canister, but at least I can get home without worrying about snake bites!!!

No - go for lezyne. Cheaper in the long run and more versatile.

Why would he be after a low quality one? Leyzne pumps are awesome...

+1 to lezyne pressure drive small size. Light and small, enough for emergency use.

Another vote for Leyzne and to agree with Monty Dog: either get a good mini pump or don't bother at all.

    Another one here for Lezyne.

Went a bit overboard and bought the pen gauge to go with it. Totally unnecessary, just pump as hard as you can, you won't be able to get more than 100psi (if you're lucky) no matter how strong you are.

    I use this mini pump:

takes a fair but of pumping to get my fat tyres up to pressure, 300+ strokes and w*nk*ers cramp, I'm going for CO2 next time.
