I have a 1996 Saracen Kilicomp with a stuck crank arm.

After actually shearing off my cheapo crank puller (at the handle) in my attempt to remove it, today I tried again with a high quality crank puller.

Didn't go well - I pulled just about every thread straight out of the crank arm (no it was not cross threaded).

So, answers on a post card for the easiest way of removing a stuck crank arm with no thread in it.Obviously the arm is now dead to me so destructive suggestions are fine. Don't want to damage anything else of course.
You only need two tools: WD40 and Duck Tape.
If it doesn't move and should, use the WD40.
If it shouldn't move and does, use the tape.

Make a cut across the part of the arm down to the axel. This will release the pressure and it will come off.

If the BB is trash then an angle grinder through the axel is easier.

Cheers - that's a good idea. I'll have a bash at that tomorrow night.

Or the tool-less approach. Just ride around a bit until it wobbles itself loose.
It works almost all the time, although it can occasionally result in some comedy as well.
