I've had the FSA SLK light for 18mths and its been faultless, a few people complain about the BB but that's fine too.
If you opt for the standard SLK i think that you can use a Shimano BB, but you'll require a Mega exo BB or alternative for the light version.

The bottom brackets can be a bit hit-and-miss; the design is very prone to water ingress around the edges of the dustcap.

Apart from that the actual crankset is perfectly OK.

You can't use a Hollowtech 2 BB with any FSA carbon cranks - they require a narrower set of bearings
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
