Hi guys

im a new road cyclist. i dunno anything on bike assembling or how bike parts fit with each other. This morning i had my bike rested on the wall while i was cleaning and it fell on the cranck side. later i went and bought a bike tool kit to lower the stem by pulling out a ring from the tube as explained to me by my LBS next thing i notice my breaks were stuck to the wheel and the bike wont move.

any tips on how to solve this problem

Thank you

Check the cables . Have you trapped one of them when you moved the stem?

If the brakes worked fine after the fall then its nothing to do with that. As above, I'd check that you haven't snagged anything when moving the stem/changed the routing of the cables so that they are tighter.

Check that all cables flap nicely - if you're not sure about how they are meant to run take the bike to the LBS and just compare the routing (even use a random bike in town for this).
