headset sizing

I am looking to buy a new headset for a Nashbar cyclocross frame, however, I have not received the frame yet. I was thinking of getting a Ritchey headset, but it appears they only come in one size. I know very little about headsets, but I was under the assumption that they come in different sizes for different inside diameters of head tubes. Am I wrong about this? Also, the only info on the frame that I have is that it requires a traditional press fit 1 1/8" headset, so will just getting any press fit 1 1/8" headset work?

I think I am just as baffled by that. Seeing as how there are so many different sizes I have no clue how a manufacturer can only make one size. But then I guess that points to them working on any frame? Just seems way too easy and good to be true for an industry obsessed with different "standards" and making the newest thing incompatible with anything else.

Nashbar do 2 CX frames and from the look of them, the steel one takes an integrated headsets, standard Campagnolo pattern and not press-fit whereas the alloy takes a inch and one eighth press-fit. I'd check on the frame spec before rushing to buy something incompatible.
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
