yesterday ended up with me catching up with a friend who've I've not seen for like 7 months, which culminated in me arranging for us to meet another friend, who neither of us have seen for ages for various reasons. Will most likely involve a trip to the pub at some point.

    Morning Front Bottoms,

Legs ache after a blast on the roadie last night but glad I got some riding in before the rain comes this evening and fecks up the rest of the week. Today will be spent entertaining junior again, then will be trying to organise some social stuff and excuse to get out of the house/up into London to have fun. Also need to sort out my next downhilling trip :)

Zero sleep in a chair beside a hospital bed means I am tired and ache a lot. To anyone reading this who doesn't have kids already, keep it that way.

Usual stuff for us, eldest (3) has cerebral palsey and epilepsy, every sniffle seen to result in a few nights in hospital.

    Afternoon arseburgers!

Well, yesterday I spent in the garden, clearing a huge bush out the way, as I'm running out of places for bodies. Today I'm doing the same, but later am off to watch some kids that are camping. None of the kids are related to me, it's just how I roll.
Just had an awesome breakfast, sausage, bacon, black pudding, poached egg, hash browns, mushrooms and toast. I feel fantastic! :D

    have i taught you nothing?

you bury the bodies in your neighbours garden whilst wearing mask that looks like your neighbours face and making sure you are seen doing it.

Just tell her to get the clippers out or you're not going down there again.

    Afternoon,

Well today I'm surprised at how good i feel, had to pedal my mates 7inch single ring coil bike round cwm yesterday and it wasn't to bad to pedal :) i must just be getting harder!

Parts are in the post so that is awesome, new gears and some 760 bars should make the bike feel far more aggressive and stable getting rid of those silly 680bars! pictures will follow fitting!

    Art'noon teabaggers

Gentle morning tootle around Cannock with SWMBO taking in the family trail and selected bits of FTD. Pleasant.

Back home before the rain started to re-shim the front swivels on the car and now crashed out on the sofa with coffee. Sweet.

My afternoon will now progress, via some scram, to prolonged bouts of rudery. Nice.

Onwards! To coffee! And a bit of 'the other'.
