Shimano R535 Wheel Question

I have a nearly new R535 Wheelset that I have not used in 5 years that has Shimano 9 speed cassette. Can I replace this with a current Shimano 10 speed cassette, basically will the 10 speed cassette fit? Will I need anything besides a chain whip and cassette tool to do this? Thanks for helping a newbie.

The Wheels came with my Raleigh R700, 16 spoke front and back with nipples down on the Ultegra (marked) hubs.
roadbikereview has the ratings under Shimano WH R535

Yes as the free bobys are the same.

R535 are quite old now, I had a set about 9 years ago.

Yes you can fit a 10 speed cassette on those, slip the 1mm spacer onto the freehub body then fit the cassette and it will be fine.
