Road Shoe Repair

After leaving my lovely Scott carbon soled road shoes in the heating cupboard to dry out after a soaking they received on my last major outing, I discovered that one of the shoes had fallen to the floor overnight and a passing mouse has decided to have a wee nibble on the bit I can only describe as the Achilles heel padding :x (it's the piece of foam with mesh covering that protects your heel and runs around the top of the shoe to where it meets the front of the shoe).

Anyhow, I popped them into my local shoe repair place and if it's anything other than sticking on a heel or resole they're not interested. Does anyone know of any place online that I could send them to or preferably where I could buy material for repairing/replacing the foam/mesh part?
