I recently noticed that I have a slight wobble on my rear wheel, the quick release are in right and everything else is ok from what I can see. The bike is over 2 months old I've done nearly 3000miles since bought

I'd say you probably need to do the quick releases up a bit tighter. It should leave a slight indentation in your skin as you push the lever closed. It shouldn't be super easy to close basically.

It's possible your wheels need the cones adjusting, but I'd try doing up your quick release a bit first. For your reference: http://sheldonbrown.com/cone-adjustment.html

I vote bearings out of adjustment.
