Sign ... another Carbon Frame question

I crashed by last carbon frame big time time last year, so have built up (with the help of insurance) a new bike based on a Giant TCR SL, finally got it on the road, gave it it's first clean yesterday and found some strange 'marks' a dull patch on the top tube and little lines, and some little lines coming down from the steerer on the other side,

I don't know if I should be nervous, or just get on with it ... think this is going to be my last carbon frame

Any advice appreciated, I know it's hard to tell from pictures, it appears to be in the laq, lots of experiance with alloy frames, not a lot with carbon

Looks cosmetic rather than structural to me at least

That's absolutely fine. Carbon always has marks, joins, filler and funny patterns under the lacquer. If you think that's bad you should see some of the non painted uni-directional frames! I'm sure that's why they paint most of them these days as they must get queries about suspected damage all the time on new bikes.
